What to expect:

• Operation, support and further development of the existing IT infrastructure (servers, storage, backup and virtualisation)
• Administration of Microsoft 365, workstation systems and user permissions
• Analysis and resolution of technical faults in 1st and 2nd level support
• Support and optimisation of network, cloud and security solutions
• Planning and implementation of IT projects as well as introduction of new systems and software
• Ensuring stable and secure IT operations through maintenance, updates and process optimisations

What you should bring:

• Completed vocational training as an IT specialist EFZ or a comparable qualification
• Sound knowledge of Windows server environments, Microsoft 365 and client systems
• Experience with virtualisation, backup solutions and IT infrastructures
• Ideally knowledge of cloud technologies, networks and IT security
• Independent, solution-oriented working style
• High service orientation and willingness to learn
• Driving licence category B
• Flexibility for occasional maintenance assignments
• Business fluent German skills in spoken and written form
