- You are the central professional contact person for our individual life sales partners and competently support them with complex questions regarding pension and life insurance products
- You independently handle demanding partner and customer concerns and ensure high-quality and timely processing
- You coordinate complex business cases with internal specialist departments and take on an important interface function within the organisation
- You assist in the preparation of evaluations, presentations and decision-making bases and contribute to a professional organisation within the Partnerships area
- You identify optimisation potential in processes and actively contribute to projects and development initiatives
- You support and coach colleagues with professional questions and share your knowledge within the team
- You maintain existing partner relationships and make an important contribution to achieving our quality and service goals
Your Skills and Talents
Your Skills and Talents
- You have a commercial basic education, ideally supplemented by further training in the insurance or pension sector
- You bring at least 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience in the field of life insurance, pensions or a comparable demanding service environment
- You have sound knowledge in the field of individual life and pensions and enjoy analysing complex issues and working on solutions
- French is your mother tongue or you have French skills at C1 level in spoken and written form. Very good German skills are required
- You work independently, in a structured manner and like to take responsibility
- You are characterised by a strong service orientation, high quality standards and a proactive working style
- You are an ambitious personality with the desire to develop professionally and personally and to take on additional responsibility in the medium term
- Experience in supporting managers with administrative or organisational tasks is an advantage
