What you do...
- Providing support to management as well as to various internal and external departments
- Managing invoicing and monitoring goods and transport flows
- Checking and entering data related to weighing operations (trade)
- Coordinating rail logistics and managing wagons
- Regular communication with partners and clients via email and telephone
- Contributing to compliance with safety and environmental standards
- Participating in continuous improvement by proposing optimisations
- Versatile support for daily administrative tasks
What you bring...
- Technical or commercial training, complemented by solid experience
- Good command of IT tools (knowledge of an ERP is an advantage)
- Ability to stay focused, even during busy periods
- Excellent interpersonal and service skills
- Good knowledge of French (German is a real asset)
- Understanding of the economic challenges of a company
- An organised, reliable and motivated personality
- Flexibility and a genuine desire to get involved
