Clerk International Transport & Export (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF79,300 - 88,400Our client is an internationally active technology company with high expertise in the development and manufacture of sophisticated components and systems for industrial applications. The products are used worldwide in various sectors of industry and automation.
Role:
To strengthen the team, an additional position in the export and shipping area is being created. You will independently manage international customer and transport orders, coordinate cooperation with freight forwarders, and ensure correct export processing. At the same time, you support sales and work closely with various internal interfaces.
Responsibilities:
Coordination of export and domestic shipments including international freight forwarders
Obtaining transport quotes and creating corresponding transport orders
Independent processing of customer orders
Preparation of delivery, invoice, customs, and export documents
Checking transport invoices and customs declarations
Deputy support of the sales team
Qualifications:
Several years of professional experience in export, shipping, or international order processing
Commercial basic training with further education in export or foreign trade, for example as an export/foreign trade clerk
Good knowledge of export and customs processes as well as international shipping procedures
Experience in working with freight forwarders and transport service providers
Good MS Office skills and technical affinity
Very good German and English skills
Independent, structured, and economically minded working style
