Metrology Technician / 3D Metrology & Quality (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF80,000 - 95,000Role:
Do you want to use modern 3D metrology and actively further develop quality processes at the same time? You can expect a varied role with programming, quality inspection and process optimisation as well as room for your own ideas and responsibility.
Responsibilities:
Programming, optimisation and operation of 3D measuring machines from Hexagon
Support of initial sample inspections, series approvals and final inspections
Further development of test plans, test instructions and measurement methods
Automation of measurement tasks and optimisation of quality processes
Execution and evaluation of demanding measurements on various measuring systems
Evaluation of new measuring systems and implementation of process improvements
Support in the management and monitoring of testing equipment
Qualifications:
Training as a polymechanic or comparable technical basic training
Experience in programming 3D measuring machines, ideally PC-DMIS
Good knowledge of metrology, quality inspection and ISO-GPS standards
Analytical, structured and independent working style
Enjoyment of process optimisation and taking on responsibility
Very good German skills, French an advantage
