Part-time Sales Assistant Paid by the Hour

About the job

For our souvenir and gift boutique in a prime location in Lucerne, we are looking for customer- and service-oriented individuals to start approximately immediately or by arrangement, who can cover 3-4 weekend days per month.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• You will advise mainly international, but also local customers courteously and competently on 3-4 weekend days per month (Saturday/Sunday)
• You sell with joy and enthusiasm
• You operate the cash register and ensure the replenishment of goods
• You keep the sales area in top condition at all times
• You highlight the products and lovingly arrange the shop windows

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed apprenticeship, preferably as a retail specialist with a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ) or retail assistant with a Federal VET Certificate (EBA)
• Very good German skills, as well as fluent communication in English are expressly required
• A versatile person who appreciates variety
• Distinct friendliness and strong sales orientation
• An entrepreneurial mindset with a structured way of working
• Willingness to perform, resilience, and high self-motivation
