What awaits you:

• You lead and develop an experienced expert team in the areas of SAP Basis, authorisations, and development, creating the framework for independent and effective work
• You are responsible for the technological architecture and further development of our SAP landscape and ensure that on-premise, cloud, and integration solutions work together in the long term
• Together with your team, you take on project management tasks in the technology environment, ensure a stable, secure, and high-performance SAP operation, and continuously develop operating models, platforms, and technical standards
• You are responsible for technological solution concepts, architectural decisions, operating concepts as well as security and compliance requirements and represent these to specialist departments, IT, and external partners
• As a member of the management team of the SAP Competence Centre, you actively shape the technological direction of SAP and contribute to strategic initiatives and cross-departmental decisions

What you bring with you:

• Advanced education at FH level in computer science and/or business informatics with an affinity for technology
• Several years of experience in leading SAP technology teams (Basis, authorisations, and development)
• Profound understanding of modern SAP architectures and the ability to assess technological dependencies holistically
• Flair for structuring complex technological issues, making architectural and solution decisions, and representing these understandably and convincingly to different stakeholders
• Solution-oriented action complemented by the ability to maintain an overview of the entire system even with differing interests and high complexity
