What you can contribute
- Ensure planning, design, development and realisation of the IAM platform: specify, evaluate, configure and implement the infrastructure components for the IAM platform
- Implement lifecycle management: plan and carry out maintenance, updates and release management as well as ensure stakeholder communication
- Integrate applications: advise application teams, implement role and permission models and configure interfaces
- Handle disruptions: analyse disruptions, initiate appropriate measures and contribute to the rapid restoration of operations
- Ensure quality, security and operational continuity: test releases, accompany acceptance, ensure system monitoring as well as identify and implement improvement potentials
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and stakeholders: gather specialist requirements, develop solution concepts and operational documentation, accompany pentests and help shape further development in DevSecOps mode
What makes you unique
- Completed studies (Bachelor/Master) in computer science or an equivalent education in the IT field
- Several years of practical experience in operation, support or engineering of an IAM solution in a complex environment
- Profound technical understanding of IAM topics such as identity management, authentication, authorisation, role and permission models as well as interfaces to target systems
- Practical experience with agile approaches (preferably SAFe) as well as with tools and processes in a DevSecOps environment
- Structured, independent and reliable working style as well as pronounced coordination and communication skills
