As the only company in the country, Schweizer Zucker AG produces natural sugar from sugar beets. Sustainable processing also generates various animal feeds and pectin. Around 270 employees work at two locations in this interesting and diverse environment. We are looking for a position at our Aarberg BE site

Clerk Internal Sales & Procurement of Packaging Material 70%

Your Opportunities

• Sales administration from quotation to contract entry and master data maintenance
• Customer support as well as handling inquiries, complaints and customer portals
• Administrative responsibility for the sugar portion business (sachets and sticks)
• Operational management of the procurement of packaging materials
• Ensuring optimal material availability through active coordination with suppliers and internal departments
• Participation in ERP, digitalisation and process optimisation projects as well as administrative support of the sales organisation.

Your Profile

• Commercial vocational training or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in internal sales, purchasing or supply chain, ideally in a food company.
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications and ERP systems.
• Very good German skills as well as good French and English skills.
• Understanding of interconnected administrative processes in a production company.
• Quick comprehension, high personal responsibility and strong organisational skills.
