For the Othmarsingen region, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a commercial all-rounder in sales and marketing 40 - 60% (m/f/d). Limited until February 2027 with the prospect of a permanent position!

Tasks

• Calculation and preparation of quotations
• Maintenance of customer data and administrative sales documents
• Order entry and administrative support of our customers
• Preparation of export documents including organisation of transports
• Support in accounts payable and accounts receivable accounting
• General administrative tasks

Personal requirements

• Completed commercial basic training
• Several years of professional experience in a similar role
• Very good MS Office skills
• Native German speaker
• Good English skills in spoken and written form
• Independent and precise working style
• Flexible and team-oriented personality
