• Support in the administrative management of our service contracts throughout the entire contract lifecycle
• First point of contact for dealers on administrative and contractual questions
• Participation in recalculations, contract extensions and contract adjustments
• Support in monitoring and managing the contract portfolio
• Collaboration in the area of connected services and telematics solutions
• Activation and monitoring of telematics contracts
• Maintenance and control of data as well as ensuring high data quality
• Creation of reports and evaluations
• Support in training, presentations and dealer events
• Participation in the optimisation and further development of internal processes
• Collaboration with various internal departments as well as our dealer network

• Ongoing Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics or a comparable course of study
• Interest in digital services, service products and mobility solutions
• Ideally first practical experience through internships or working student activities
• Good MS Office skills, especially Excel
• Affinity for digital systems, data management and process workflows
• Analytical thinking and enjoyment in working with numbers
• Structured, careful and reliable working style
• High sense of responsibility and willingness to learn
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
• Good English skills for collaboration in an international environment
