Brief & concise

• Completed professional training as a chef
• Passion for haute cuisine
• Enthusiasm for luxury hospitality and the ambition to achieve top performance in all areas
• Very good English skills as the company language
• Additional German and/or French skills are advantageous; any other language is considered a plus
• Enjoy working in a dynamic and demanding environment

Main tasks

• Partial preparation of staff meals for up to 170 people per meal (lunch and dinner with salad and dessert selection as well as a daily soup)
• Monitoring the buffet and replenishing the food
• Punctual setup and dismantling of the buffet in cooperation with stewarding before and after each meal
• All preparatory and follow-up work for an optimal kitchen workflow including cleaning the workstation after each service
• Checking goods for freshness, taste, and presentation
• Ensuring proper handling and cleaning of machines, equipment, and kitchen utensils in the kitchen
• Compliance with hygiene regulations
