Together with the Product Owner, you create the conditions for sustainable success and promote the further development of skills, collaboration and organisation. In doing so, you actively shape the future of our data management and work closely with divisional management, product management, architecture and other specialist departments. • As team leader, you lead and develop employees and create an environment in which responsibility is taken and professional as well as personal development succeeds.
• Together with the Product Owner, you ensure that priorities, required skills and available capacities are optimally aligned.
• You specifically develop skills and capabilities further, recognise competence gaps early and derive appropriate development measures.
• You plan the team composition as well as resources and capacities proactively and contribute to recruiting and onboarding new employees.
• You promote effective collaboration, support continuous improvement and help the team to resolve obstacles and conflicts constructively.
• You actively shape the further development of data management and the automation of business processes and accompany changes within the framework of digital transformation.

This is what you bring with you.

• You bring solid experience in leading and developing employees, ideally in a data-oriented environment.
• You have already taken on a leadership or responsible role in IT, digitalisation or transformation and reliably lead projects to completion.
• You have a good understanding of data management as well as data-driven and automated business processes.
• You are familiar with agile and product-oriented working methods and have knowledge of the SAFe environment. Ideally, you have experience in the SAP environment, especially SAP MDG and S/4HANA.
• A university degree (FH/Uni) in business informatics/data science or equivalent is required, ideally complemented by further training in leadership.
• You are proficient in German (level C1); any additional national language is a plus.
