• Decision-maker for complex high-risk and ongoing monitoring cases
• Management and further development of the first-line risk framework including controls
• Leadership and implementation of cross-departmental projects (digitalization, process automation, control systems)
• Sparring partner for front management, RM, compliance, and legal
• Preparation of documents for risk/compliance/management committees
• Coaching and mentoring of junior and professional CSCs
• Representation of the department/region towards internal and external stakeholders (e.g., audit, FMA within the scope of examinations)
• Operational support of junior and professional CSCs, e.g., in terms of the four-eyes principle, review, second opinion, etc.

• Higher education
• (Very) deep understanding of the relevant regulatory landscape, e.g., MiFID, AIA, FATCA, etc.
• Good to very good knowledge of Avaloq
• Ability to prepare complex issues clearly and communicate appropriately to the audience
• Several years of experience in risk management, compliance, or CLM
• Empathy and solution orientation in interactions with front units, in the team, with stakeholders or management
• Strong judgment, decisiveness, leadership skills
• Strategic and process-oriented thinking as well as the ability to prioritize essential activities
• Ability to achieve impact with stakeholders at different levels based on arguments
• Fluent German and very good English skills, both written and spoken
