Specialist in Quality Management

Responsibilities

• You will establish a cross-departmental quality management system for SAW and continuously develop it further.
• You will create or standardise standards and tools for defining and advancing processes.
• You will promote a uniform understanding of quality throughout the organisation.
• You will support compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal requirements in the areas of quality, feedback, and data protection.
• You will assist in the further development of data protection and records management.

Profile

• Completed studies or further training in business administration, quality management, information management, or organisational development, or a comparable qualification
• Experience in process management, organisational development, as well as in establishing and advancing quality management systems
• Knowledge of data protection and records management, as well as understanding of relevant legal and regulatory requirements
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and structured working style, as well as the ability to develop and communicate practical solutions
• High degree of personal responsibility, communication and cooperation skills, as well as confident and professional demeanour
