With your structured way of working and your pronounced organizational talent, you act as a competent contact person and make a significant contribution to the smooth operation of the entire infrastructure. Your main tasks:

- Monitoring, supervision, and management of various building services systems
- Independent planning and timely execution of maintenance, servicing, repairs, and troubleshooting
- Control rounds and inspections with appropriate documentation
- Timely processing of incoming work orders considering KPI requirements
- Material procurement
- Waste management
- Winter and on-call service
- Administrative tasks (e.g., correct preparation of reports, processing of checklists, etc.)

Your profile:

- Completed training as a Facility Maintenance Specialist or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in caretaking and gardening is an advantage
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
- Good PC skills (MS Office) as well as understanding of internal software
- Structured, conscientious, and independent working style
- High customer and service orientation
- Driver's license class B, trailer license is an advantage
