Job Description

• Ensuring the stable operation of an extensive and business-critical IT infrastructure as well as handling complex incidents and problems at L3 level
• Administration and troubleshooting in a broad technology environment, including VMware, Nutanix, Cisco UCS, Citrix and Commvault
• Technical collaboration in global infrastructure and technology projects as well as contributing own expertise in design and technology decisions
• Analysis and prioritisation of critical incidents in a dynamic operations environment as well as active participation in on-call duty
• Support in automation and future AI topics, for example through PowerShell or Python, as well as continuous familiarisation with new technologies

Profile

• Experience in operating complex IT infrastructures, ideally within a larger enterprise environment, with solid L3 knowledge
• Broad technical know-how in several infrastructure technologies, especially VMware, Cisco UCS, Citrix, Commvault as well as other storage and data centre technologies
• Experience with ITIL processes and ideally with regulated or validated environments such as GxP, SOX or IQ/OQ/PQ
• Structured and independent working style, strong problem-solving skills and the ability to set the right priorities even with several parallel topics
• Very good English skills; German skills are an advantage (willingness to learn German is welcomed)
