Data Dynamic Informatic AG (DDIAG) is an established Swiss company specialising in IT and ERP services. We support Swiss SMEs with customised IT solutions, modern IT infrastructure, and comprehensive services centred around SelectLine Business Software.

To strengthen our administration team at the Köniz location, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed, independent, and service-oriented individual who enjoys diverse administrative tasks, takes responsibility, and maintains an overview and sets priorities correctly even in hectic situations.

Your tasks

• Independent handling of daily administrative business
• Processing of quotations, orders, and customer purchases
• Management of accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Telephone support for our customers and coordination of incoming enquiries
• Planning and coordination of maintenance appointments
• Business correspondence in German and French
• General administrative and organisational tasks

You bring with you

• Completed commercial training with professional experience in a comparable role
• Very good MS Office user skills and affinity for digital tools
• Confident German, good French skills in spoken and written form; English is an advantage
• Strong independence and the ability to prioritise tasks sensibly
• Structured, careful, and efficient working style, even under high workload
• Organisational talent, initiative, and strong service orientation
• Reliable, flexible, and team-oriented personality
• Experience with ERP systems, ideally SelectLine, is an advantage
