Your tasks

In this role, you will independently manage a diverse portfolio consisting mainly of office, commercial and retail properties. You represent the interests of the owners, understand the needs of the tenants and ensure that the managed properties are run professionally, proactively and in a value-preserving manner.

Your main tasks include:

• Independent administrative and technical management of commercial, office and retail properties
• Central contact person for owners, tenants, craftsmen, authorities, facility managers and other partners
• Representation of the owners in all relevant matters
• Preparation, review and processing of commercial lease agreements, amendments, terminations and other tenancy law documents
• Support of tenancy relationships from letting through ongoing operation to handover
• Coordination of maintenance, repair and renovation measures
• Obtaining quotes, conducting price negotiations as well as preparing decision-making bases and award proposals
• Close cooperation with accounting, marketing, back office and management
• Participation in budgets, ancillary costs, operating costs, reporting, invoice processes and owner information
• Active involvement in the optimisation of processes, templates and digital workflows
• Contributing ideas in letting, space development, property strategy and value-preserving measures

Your profile

You bring experience in property management and enjoy working with demanding commercial properties. You work in a structured way, think entrepreneurially and like to take responsibility. At the same time, you appreciate an environment where mutual support, direct communication and joint quality development are valued.

Ideally, you bring:

• Several years of experience in property management, preferably in the area of commercial, office or retail properties
• Professional certificate in property management or comparable solid practical experience
• Confident understanding of tenancy law, management processes, owner interests and tenant needs
• Enjoyment of technical, legal, commercial and organisational issues
• Negotiation skills, assertiveness and clear communication
• Structured, reliable and solution-oriented working style
• High service orientation and professional appearance
• Good IT user skills and openness to digital tools and modern processes
• Enjoyment in not only managing but actively thinking along and further developing properties
