To strengthen our team in Kilchberg ZH, we are looking for an engaged, responsible and solution-oriented individual to manage our own properties in the cantons of Zurich and Aargau, starting immediately or by arrangement.

In this versatile role, your focus will be on the technical management of our property portfolio. You will independently coordinate technical matters and maintenance work, accompany damage cases and work closely with tenants, caretakers, craftsmen and external service providers. Additionally, you will take on administrative and financial tasks and support our team in operational property management.

Your tasks:

• Independent handling and coordination of technical matters, damage cases as well as maintenance and repair measures
• Organisation, coordination and supervision of repair, maintenance and refurbishment work
• Obtaining and checking quotes as well as coordinating and accompanying external craftsmen and service providers
• Contact person for tenants, caretakers, craftsmen and other external partners
• Conducting or accompanying property inspections and handovers
• Creditor processing, invoice control and cost recharging
• Handling of debit notes as well as support in dunning and debt collection
• Preparation of heating and ancillary cost statements
• Support and deputising in operational property management
• General administrative tasks

Your profile:

• You have completed commercial training and ideally further education in property management as a property manager with a federal diploma
• You bring several years of professional experience in independent management of rental properties and enjoy technical issues
• You like to take responsibility, work independently, in a structured and solution-oriented manner and keep an overview even with several tasks running simultaneously
• You have very good PC skills
• For property inspections, you have a category B driving licence and your own vehicle.
