Type of Work

In this responsible key position, you will assume overall responsibility for the company’s finance and accounting. You will lead the financial accounting and ensure the correct preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements. In addition, you will manage and monitor liquidity planning, payment transactions and accounts receivable management.

You will prepare meaningful financial reports, be responsible for budgeting and forecasting processes, and analyse revenue, cost and earnings developments as a basis for decision-making by management. Furthermore, you will actively contribute to the further development and optimisation of financial processes and play a significant role in the financial management and sustainable development of the company. Close collaboration with management as well as external partners such as trustees, auditors and tax advisors completes this varied role.

Requirements Profile

For this demanding challenge, you have a higher education in finance and accounting (e.g. professional certificate in finance and accounting, federal diploma or business degree with a focus on finance/controlling). In addition, you bring several years of experience in a responsible role in finance and accounting, ideally as Head of Finance, Finance Manager or Senior Controller.

You have sound knowledge of Swiss accounting, financial statement preparation as well as financial and liquidity management. Experience in controlling, budgeting processes, reporting as well as very good Excel and ERP skills are required. Knowledge of the healthcare sector is desirable.

Personally, you convince with entrepreneurial thinking, strong analytical skills as well as an independent and structured way of working. Integrity, discretion and reliability also characterise you, as does the ability to clearly explain financial contexts and derive concrete recommendations for action.
