Back Office Team Leader with Work Pedagogical Mandate 80%

Your tasks

• Responsibility for order processing and first point of contact for our customers
• Quotation and order creation, coordination and monitoring of customer orders
• Close cooperation with purchasing, sales, work preparation, production and logistics
• Professional and personnel management of a team of 10 to 12 employees with and without adapted workplaces
• Support and promotion of employees in carrying out their tasks
• Organisation and optimisation of existing processes

Ideally, you bring

• Commercial or technical training with professional experience in sales back office, purchasing or a similar function
• Experience in team leadership and knowledge of the work pedagogical environment
• Experience with ERP systems (Abacus advantageous)
• High social competence, empathy and dealing with people on an equal footing
• Solution-oriented thinking and acting as well as a positive basic attitude
