About the job

For our client, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a communicative and sales-oriented personality to strengthen the telesales team on a fixed-term basis for 6 months.

• Proactive telephone approach
• Written and telephone advice to customers
• Cross- and up-selling
• You are always the contact person for both customers and teams and colleagues from specialist departments

• First experience in sales, outbound or call centre industry
• Swiss German language skills are essential - no French skills are required
• You enjoy contact with people, and your goal is to help every customer in the best possible way
• You can speak English? An additional plus!
• You have a strong IT affinity and are proficient in using modern technologies. You also enjoy working on the phone and screen.
