Clerk: Operational Procurement

80–100%, m/f/d, starting immediately or by arrangement, workplace Oey-Diemtigen

Our procurement team ensures that components and materials for our orders are at the right place at the right time. You are the hub between suppliers, production, PPS/MRP and our internal teams.

Your job? More than just placing orders.

• You are the hub between suppliers, production and internal teams.
• You schedule and procure components and production materials.
• You organise deliveries and transports.
• You maintain master data in the ERP system (Abacus), process delivery notes and creditors.
• You support PPS/MRP.
• You calculate and check sales prices, assist with inventory and quarterly closings.
• You take on the deputy team leader role if needed.

What you bring:

• A completed commercial or technical apprenticeship
• Initial experience or further training in procurement
• Experience with an ERP system – ideally Abacus
• Solid knowledge of MS Office applications
• A structured, independent and reliable way of working
• Initiative and a sense of responsibility
• Entrepreneurial thinking and enjoyment of teamwork
