Technical Sales Support Staff (m/f)

Your tasks

• Support of the Sales Engineers
• Quotation and order processing as well as telephone and written customer support
• Calculation and preparation of offers for the Sales Engineers
• Commercial and technical customer correspondence in D/F/E
• Periodic and systematic follow-up of offers as well as correspondence and contact maintenance
• Active support of the sales team in order processing and preparation of final documentation
• Responsibility for ERP master data maintenance

Your qualifications

• Completed commercial training or alternatively technical training with commercial further education
• Several years of experience in internal sales in the construction ancillary industry as well as a high level of technical understanding
• Enjoyment of daily contact with our national and international customers combined with a high service orientation
• Coordination and organisational talent
• Sound PC skills and proficiency in handling ERP systems
• German (native language), English advantageous
• Team player and hands-on mentality, helpfulness and resilience
