Role:
This role is aimed at technology enthusiasts who enjoy designing demanding infrastructures and confidently mastering modern cloud and on-premise technologies.
Responsibilities:
Implementation, maintenance, and optimisation of workplace, server, cloud, and network environments including firewall and security setups
Administration of modern identity and directory services, including Active Directory structures, backup architectures, and recovery concepts
Analysis and resolution of technical faults across all system landscapes
Execution of recurring support, monitoring, and maintenance tasks
Participation in innovative M365 modern workplace projects including automation and security designs
Independent planning, execution, and quality control of IT infrastructure projects including budget monitoring and performance billing
Continuous development of cloud and on-premise solutions based on modern technologies
Qualifications:
Completed technical training in computer science or equivalent qualification
Experience in support, monitoring, and operation of Microsoft server, client, and network systems
High motivation for modern IT architectures, cloud technologies, and professional development
Communicative, customer-oriented personality with enthusiasm for exchange and technical consulting
Structured, solution-oriented working style and confident handling of complex system landscapes
Resilient, independent, and eager-to-learn working approach
