Dispatcher / Clerk Red Cross Transport Service (50 – 60%, fixed-term until 31.12.2026)
We are looking for you from 1 August 2026 or by arrangement:
Your field of activity
Your mission (if you choose to accept it):
Coordinate & Organise: Receive and process driving orders and assign suitable volunteer drivers, keep an overview even in more complex situations, and ensure reporting and data maintenance.
Support and Assist: Maintain relationships with clients and volunteers, be the contact person for our volunteer drivers, and conduct entry interviews with new volunteers.
Side missions:
Frontline Support: Operate the main phone line and provide active support wherever clients and colleagues need help.
On-site Support: Occasional assignments for clients directly with us
What you bring
Personality: Friendly and empathetic, a calm presence in a hectic everyday life.
Know-How: Commercial basic training and preferably experience in the social sector.
Language skills: Excellent German skills (at least C1), foreign languages are a plus.
IT skills: MS Office is your home and you are open to digital tools – Salesforce experience is ideal!
Team player: High social competence, flexibility and a healthy dose of commitment.
