Your area of responsibility:

• Processing daily customer orders (fax, Hogashop, answering machine) in the ERP system (MS Dynamics NAV)
• Creating delivery notes
• Recording and forwarding reorders to our purchasing team at the wholesale market ZH

You bring to us:

• Professional experience in administration, ideally from the gastronomy or food industry
• Confident handling of MS Office; knowledge of MS Dynamics NAV is an advantage
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
• Quick comprehension, precise and independent working style
• Motivation to work at night
