About the job

• Verification and clarification of the obligation to provide benefits according to insurance regulations (KVG and VVG)
• Checking and billing of outpatient invoices and, if necessary, objections to invoices
• Review of outpatient applications for cost approval
• Creation of correspondence according to templates as well as independently
• Contact person for complex enquiries from insured persons, service providers and authorities

• You have completed basic training in the medical field (e.g. MPA) or have supplemented commercial training with basic medical knowledge
• Ideally, you have several years of experience in the health insurance industry
• You work very efficiently, accurately and responsibly
• You also convince our customers with your high service orientation, your can-do attitude and your committed way of working
• You communicate confidently in spoken and written German; any additional language is a plus
