Your Job

• You are responsible for the reliable operation of the client, server and network environment
• You technically support Abacus and other specialist applications and ensure their availability and performance
• You set up, monitor and implement authorised permissions for interfaces and data transfers
• You coordinate patches, updates and releases with specialist departments and external service providers, including testing and implementation
• In 1st and 2nd level support you analyse faults, solve technical problems and involve external specialists if necessary

Furthermore

• As an IT Security Officer you coordinate security monitoring, vulnerability management and permission checks
• In the event of security incidents you take over the technical analysis and handling according to the emergency process
• You prepare external security audits and follow up on resulting measures
• You conduct and document backup, restore and recovery tests together with system engineering
• In technical projects and during operational handovers you ensure clear responsibilities and proper documentation

Your Profile

• You have completed an apprenticeship as an IT specialist EFZ and ideally further training in computer science, business informatics or a comparable field
• You bring several years of professional experience in system and application operations
• Sound knowledge of IT security is essential for this role
• Ideally you know Abacus, alternatively you have experience with another ERP system and the willingness to deepen your knowledge and skills
• You are proficient in Microsoft Windows, Windows Server, Teams, SharePoint & Office and familiar with support tasks across multiple support levels
