During the induction, you will learn everything you need to perform the job. Prior knowledge in sales is not necessary. Career changers from other professions are therefore possible.

Your career path:

• You will be personally trained and accompanied 1 to 1 by our managing director

• Within a few months, we will teach you how to conduct conversations with potential customers

• We have a fixed structure that will successfully train you in your role

Your tasks:

• Telephone acquisition of potential new customers (leads will be provided by us)

• Conducting free initial consultations for needs analysis

• Telephone contact with existing contacts in the system

• Planning as well as preparation and follow-up of appointments for our strategy consultants

• Occasional visits to trade fairs, seminars and similar events for new customer acquisition
