To reliably deputise for the team leader, noticeably relieve the team in everyday life, and form the bridge between strategic goals and the operational care front. Your tasks with the new employer:
Operational Deputising: Comprehensive representation of the team leader in professional, organisational, and personnel matters as well as taking responsibility during absences
Day-to-day and Process Responsibility: Ensuring seamless, high-quality care at the front and efficient coordination and management of daily ward operations
Coaching & Practical Meetings: Professional support and targeted promotion of the care team in daily work, conducting case discussions, and implementing current nursing science findings (Best Practice)
Interface Management & Interdisciplinarity: Constructive collaboration with internal specialist departments, doctors, therapists, and relatives to ensure holistic resident care
Quality and Relief Management: Active participation in internal projects, optimisation of processes, and creation of reliable structures that noticeably relieve the team
You offer your new employer:
Solid Training: Completed training as a nursing specialist (HF/FH) with proven professional experience in (long-term) care
Leadership Experience: Initial leadership practice or completed/ongoing further training in leadership/ward management (e.g. CAS Leadership in Nursing)
Professional and Social Competence: Strong clinical assessment, high action and decision-making competence, and a fine sense for team development and conflict resolution
Doer Mentality: Enthusiasm for a modern care culture, high resilience, assertiveness, and the ability to motivate and inspire others
