Export Clerk (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
- Organisation, planning, and monitoring of import, export, and transit trade transactions
- Preparation and management of export documents and shipping papers
- Coordination of processes between departments, customers, freight forwarding companies, customs agencies, and authorities
- Monitoring of costs and cost management
- Assumption of various administrative tasks within office management
Qualifications:
You have completed a commercial basic education and have professional experience in export
You have experience dealing with international business partners and possess know-how in customs matters
You have good German and English skills, both spoken and written
You have very good knowledge of MS Office and integrated ERP systems
