Responsibilities:
Processing customer enquiries about products, prices and delivery options
Preparing quotations and determining sales conditions
Handling orders and monitoring delivery dates
Recording and processing manufacturing and scheduling orders
Organising international transports and export processing
Preparing export documents and accompanying papers
Handling returns and complaints with the quality department
Coordination with purchasing, production, logistics and external partners
Qualifications:
Completed commercial apprenticeship EFZ or equivalent qualification
Professional experience in internal sales, export or order management
Experience in a technical or industrial environment is an advantage
Good knowledge of SAP and MS Office
Basic knowledge of international transport and export processes
Structured and reliable working style
Strong customer and service orientation
Very good German skills as well as good French and English skills
