is the operator of a modern retirement home with various services and the public restaurant Tisch55 with 110 seats and a large event area.

Diverse range of tasks

• Member of the management and active participation in the strategic development of the retirement home 
• Responsibility for the long-term liquidity, investment and financing strategy
• Continuous development of structures and processes
• Establishment of a contemporary and meaningful accounting, reporting and cross-departmental controlling
• Ensuring cost and financing targets in the upcoming new construction project
• Future-oriented development of Serata with strategic and operational tasks as a member of the management

Knowledge

Several years of leadership experience in a CFO or similar management position, ideally at executive level

University degree (Uni/FH) in business administration or higher education at expert level, e.g. expert in accounting and controlling

Expertise in financial planning, Swiss GAAP FER 21 and knowledge in ERP/ICT

Experience in investment controlling of construction projects

Integrative personality who promotes team spirit, trust and a positive working atmosphere

Language

German (spoken/written)
