With your expertise, you ensure regulatory reporting, develop meaningful analyses, and support management as a competent sparring partner on financial and strategic issues.

For our location at Sihlquai in Zurich, we are looking for an innovative personality as

Head of Finance 80-100% (m,f,d)

Your tasks

• Professional and personnel management as well as further development of our finance team of
  2 employees
• Ensuring quarterly and annual financial statements according to OR and Swiss GAAP FER including management reports
• Preparation of financial reporting including cost accounting and key figures (management accounting)
• Preparation of regulatory reports (including EHP data submissions, SST, Public Disclosure)
• Responsibility for budgeting, forecasts, liquidity planning and rolling financial planning
• Monitoring of assets and ensuring tied assets
• Responsibility for liquidity management
• Management of investment properties together with the external property management
• Responsibility for taxes and contact person for tax authorities
• Participation in payroll processing

Your profile

• Federal diploma in finance and accounting or an equivalent higher qualification
• Several years of professional experience (at least 5 years) in finance and accounting of an SME, ideally with leadership or management responsibility
• Sound knowledge in all areas of responsibility, especially in accounting, controlling, regulatory reporting and liquidity management
• Strong affinity for numbers and a precise, structured and reliable way of working
• Pronounced analytical skills and the ability to reduce complex issues to the essentials
• Entrepreneurial thinking and the ability to advise management competently and solution-oriented
• High IT affinity and very good user knowledge of Microsoft 365, especially Excel
• Experience with Abacus, Winsure, Qlik and GRC tool is an advantage
• Fluent German skills in spoken and written form, additional language skills are welcome
