Physiotherapist for the Angiology Department
Contribute to specialised care within a reference unit for vascular pathologies.
The Angiology Department of CHUV is recruiting a physiotherapist at 80%/100%, on a permanent contract, starting 1st December 2026 (or to be agreed), to strengthen its specialised multidisciplinary team.
Context
The Lausanne University Hospital (CHUV) is one of the five Swiss university hospitals. In partnership with the Faculty of Biology and Medicine of the University of Lausanne and EPFL, it is recognised for its excellence in care, research, and education.
The Angiology Department provides specialised care for venous, arterial, lymphatic, and microcirculatory conditions. It offers cutting-edge services and actively contributes to the advancement of knowledge and practices in vascular medicine.
Mission
- You will join a leading lymphology unit, in a stimulating and interdisciplinary environment
- You will care for patients suffering from lymphoedema, lipoedema, venous insufficiency, venous thrombosis, vascular malformations, and other complex pathologies
- You will work both in outpatient and inpatient settings, notably in the context of intensive treatments
- You will actively participate in the development of the unit and in follow-up medical consultations
- You will collaborate in performing lymphofluoroscopies and may contribute to innovative clinical research projects.
Profile
- You hold a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy or an equivalent qualification
- You possess a CAS in lymphology
- You master compressive treatment techniques, notably multilayer bandaging
- You have proven practical experience in lymphology
- You are proficient in French, both spoken and written
- You have good computer skills (Windows environment)
- You appreciate teamwork and the hospital environment.
