The Project Supervisor is the person assigned by the Company to lead the technical Work Packages of a Project.

The profile

Honeywell Building Solution is looking for a T-shaped profile Project Supervisor, able to support the Project Manager in “overseeing and guiding” the project in a holistic approach and expert in leading the Technical Work Packages (Engineering, Devices, Commissioning) in the following areas:

1.                  Technical Scope    

2.                  Time/Resources Needs/Cost/Quality of the Technical Deliverables  

3.                  Technical Risk

Communication and Stakeholders (Customer, Partners and suppliers) management capabilities are considered mandatory.

The profile is completed by a good attitude and focus on continuous improvement even to bring best practices coming from outside in the company.

Main Responsibilities

The selected professional will operate in full alignment with company policies, processes, and tools, and will be accountable for respecting the technical components of project constraints (Scope, Cost, Time, Quality) in all the phases of the project (Initiation, Planning, Executing, Controlling, Closing), providing the Project Manager(s) with the proper support.

Hierarchy

The PS will report hierarchically to the Branch Manager and will have continuous interactions with the other functions (i.e.: Application Engineering, Procurement, Control functions ...) inside the organization.

Competencies and skills

Industrial Fields or ICT Engineering Degree

Previous Experience as Project Supervisor in Capital Intensive Projects in a matrix organization

Alignment with Company Behaviors

Acting ad Company Ambassador in front of external stakeholders

CAPM certification will be considered a plus

English Speaking is mandatory
