Junior Client Onboarding Analyst
Job description:
- Support the opening and migration of client accounts as part of an international custody transition project.
- Prepare, review and process account-opening documentation and client communications.
- Enter, maintain and validate client and account data in the relevant banking systems.
- Ensure account structures, signatory rights and supporting documents are complete and accurate.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Operations, AML and Compliance to resolve onboarding queries and missing information.
- Instruct, monitor and coordinate cash and securities transfers between custodians.
- Manage multiple onboarding and migration cases while maintaining accurate records and meeting project deadlines.

The organisation is recognised for its high professional standards, collaborative culture and strong focus on client service. For a strategic European migration project, the team is looking for an experienced client onboarding professional to support the opening and transfer of client accounts across different legal entities and custody platforms. The role offers exposure to Front Office, Operations, Compliance and external custodians within a complex and highly regulated banking environment.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience within financial services.
- Direct experience in client onboarding, account opening or account migration.
- Hands-on experience reviewing and processing account documentation.
- Understanding of account structures, signatory rights and client due diligence requirements.
- Exposure to asset transfers, custody transfers or account migrations.
- Familiarity with banking, custody or client onboarding systems.
- Good understanding of KYC, AML and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Fluent English, with additional European languages considered a strong advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, organisation and stakeholder communication skills.
