The Reward & Insights Manager is responsible for designing, managing and continuously improving competitive, fair and data-driven reward programs across the organization. The role combines reward expertise with people analytics and business insights, supporting strategic workforce decisions in a fast-paced telecommunications environment. By translating complex data into actionable insights, the role ensures that compensation, benefits and incentive programs effectively attract, retain and motivate talent while aligning with business strategy, market trends and regulatory requirements.
YOUR CHALLENGE:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and People Business Partners on reward matters, regarding compensation packages for new contracts, promotions, salary adjustments, grading, and talent-related decisions
- Own the annual market benchmarking process, pay-equity analyses, and regulatory compliance, regularly reviewing and updating salary bands to ensure competitive and compliant reward structures
- Steer and review sales incentive and commission frameworks in partnership with the business, tracking performance and cost impact, providing insights, and acting as a sparring partner to ensure alignment with reward principles, governance standards, and financial targets
- Own and continuously enhance end-to-end reward processes in Workday (including Annual Compensation Review and bonus processes), ensuring high data quality, strong governance, scalable and compliant system solutions, and a positive, transparent employee experience
- Oversee annual and mid-year people-cost planning cycles in close collaboration with Finance, including forecasting, scenario analysis, and budget tracking
- Analyse reward, workforce, and people-cost data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, translating insights into clear and actionable recommendations
- Lead or support cross-functional Reward, Analytics and HR initiatives, driving simplification, automation, and continuous improvement
YOUR SKILLS:
- University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics or a related field
- Demonstrated expertise in Reward Management and/or People Analytics, preferably within complex or commercial environments
- Strong analytical skills with experience working with large data sets
- Proven ability to translate data into actionable business insights
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; strong command of Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with HRIS platforms, preferably Workday
- Strong project-management abilities and experience engaging multiple stakeholders
- Fluent in both German and English
