Your impact

Maintain and implement global C&B processes and tools for the Schindler Group in collaboration with KGs and HR Business Solutions & Technology.

Lead and coordinate annual C&B year-end processes, including performance management, variable pay, compensation planning, and share allocation.

Contribute to global market intelligence activities by managing data collection and liaising with external benchmark providers.

Maintain and monitor C&B data quality and support the development of KPI dashboards and reporting tools.

Provide analytical support for compensation reviews, payline and benchmarking.

Participate in global C&B projects and initiatives.
What you bring
-
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or equivalent experience
-
2-5 years of experience in global Compensation & Benefits within an industrial setting, including country-level C&B responsibilities

Solid understanding of performance management, bonus and share plans, market benchmarking, and global compliance frameworks

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage programs in complex international environments

Skilled in communication, project coordination, and stakeholder engagement across functions and regions

Proficient in HR systems (e.g., SuccessFactors), Excel, and PowerBI
-
Fluent in English; German or other languages are a plus

Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for results, continuous improvement, and team development
