The role and your mission

That's why we're looking for a Product Designer who combines strong UX expertise with an end-to-end ownership mindset and a passion for delivering impactful digital experiences.
As a Product Designer, you won't simply design interfaces, you'll own digital experience improvements end-to-end. From identifying opportunities and facilitating workshops, to designing customer journeys, writing functional requirements, supporting implementation, validating quality and measuring impact, you'll help transform ideas into digital experiences that create value for both our customers and our business.
You'll join the Digital Experience & Transformation team and work closely with cross-functional teams including Digital, Marketing, Customer Care, and development teams.
Your work
- Lead end-to-end initiatives, proactively driving them forward by engaging the right stakeholders, anticipating blockers, clarifying responsibilities and next steps to ensure steady progress.
- Understand customer, business and operational needs through stakeholder discussions, workshops, analytics, and customer insights.
- Facilitate workshops and align cross-functional teams around a common understanding of problems, needs, objectives and solution direction.
- Advocate for customer experience while balancing business objectives, operational efficiency, and technical constraints.
- Design intuitive, data-informed user journeys through user flows, wireframes and prototypes.
- Build sustainable solutions that meet customer and business needs while ensuring consistency across our digital ecosystem through our design system and enabling efficient operations for internal teams.
- Break down initiatives into actionable deliverables by defining clear scope, breaking work into manageable increments, and support delivery throughout the project lifecycle.
- Translate UX solutions into clear specifications for smooth handoffs to the development teams.
- Collaborate closely throughout implementation, participate in testing and validate that delivered solutions match the intended experience.
- Analyse performance, customer feedback, and KPIs to evaluate impact and identify optimization opportunities.
- Contribute to the evolution of our digital ways of working by identifying opportunities to leverage AI and automation opportunities that improve customer experience and team efficiency.
What you bring
- Proven experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, UI design, and responsive/adaptive web design.
- Advanced skills in Figma.
- Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design principles.
- Great attention to detail.
- Comfortable leveraging AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT and similar assistants) to improve productivity, quality and creativity.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to support decisions using data, insights, and evidence.
- Experience facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, and aligning stakeholders around customer-centric solutions.
- Experience translating solutions into specifications and collaborating closely with development teams throughout implementation.
- Ability to work efficiently, independently and collaboratively in a high pace environment and under time pressure.
- Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills, with the ability to drive initiatives.
- Proactive, autonomous, and accountable, with a strong sense of ownership.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the confidence to challenge ideas constructively and advocate for the customer experience.
- Fluency in English is required. French and/or German are a plus.
- Experience in telecom, eCommerce, self-care platforms, or subscription-based digital services is a plus.
