What you move
- Support for activities in the areas of employer branding, university relations & recruiting
- Organization and implementation of internal and external events (e.g. university fairs)
- Participation in the recruitment process (pre-selection, interview organization, candidate management)
- Support for other projects and topics relating to the HR lifecycle
- Exciting and varied tasks where you take on responsibility and contribute ideas
- A dynamic and motivated team that works together, supports and inspires each other
- You get to know the entire HR lifecycle and discover where your own strengths and interests lie
- You are part of a modern, innovative technology company that has grown from a start-up
What you bring along
- Bachelor's/Master's or prospective with a specialization in HR, marketing, psychology or economics
- First professional experience in HR/marketing advantageous, independent and structured way of working
- Communicative and creative personality who shows initiative and is strong in implementation
- Very good knowledge of German and English (oral and written)
