Welcome to the Audi F1 Project.
Audi will be competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026.
The new team has three locations. Audi's Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg (Germany) is considered one of the most modern of its kind in Europe. The Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland) is known for its innovative technologies and passion for racing. The Sauber Motorsport Technical Center, UK will be operational this year. Our Power Unit comes from Neuburg, while Hinwil is responsible for the development of the chassis and race operations.

This position for the Audi F1 Project is at Sauber in Hinwil (Switzerland).
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Excellence in F1
- Identify and source top-tier candidates to fill existing vacancies, ensuring alignment with team objectives.
- Provide strategic guidance to HR Business Partners, attracting and securing exceptional talent from both within and beyond the F1 industry.
- Collaborate and lead cross-functional projects within the Employee Experience team to enhance recruitment strategies.
- Monitor, report, and optimise recruitment performance indicators, actively managing vacancies within your scope.
- Drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience from application to onboarding.
- Build and nurture a strong talent pipeline, fostering relationships with line managers and executives to understand hiring needs and implement best practices.
- Maintain accurate and timely data on the HRIS platform, ensuring seamless tracking of recruitment activities and stages.
- Be a proactive team player, supporting colleagues and contributing to broader team initiatives.
- Relevant experience of full recruitment cycle and experience with REC, HR, or CRM – Systems.
- Passionate about active sourcing with high self-discipline and experience in working under pressure in a dynamic and challenging environment.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and handle multiple vacancies and projects.
- The ability to communicate effectively and meet stakeholder needs is essential to build strong partnerships across the team and throughout the recruitment process.
- Support and drive hiring processes as well as time to hire to new speed.
- Fully proficient in English language skills. German language skills are desirable but not essential.
