At our site in Dübendorf (Zurich area), you’ll work in a hands-on and collaborative environment while being closely connected to our international organization, with a direct reporting line to the Netherlands.

YOUR IMPACT:

As a Quality Improvement Engineer, you will play a key role in transforming how we approach quality:

👉 From reactive → to preventive
👉 From fixing issues → to designing them out
👉 From isolated improvements → to real, sustainable impact

Your mission is to ensure “First Time Right” by improving yield, reducing variation, and driving continuous improvement across operations.

WHAT YOU`LL BE DOING:

You’ll work at the intersection of production, engineering, and supply chain – with a strong mix of analytical work and hands-on implementation.

Improve & fix what matters (~50%)

·        Analyze yield losses and identify root causes

·        Implement corrective actions that truly make a difference

·        Handle quality issues, audits, and customer complaints

·        Turn data into clear insights and recommendations

Build quality into the future (~50%)

·        Lead improvement projects from idea to implementation

·        Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methods

·        Optimize processes and reduce waste

·        Support new product and process development (DFSS, APQP)

·        Ensure quality is embedded from day one

WHAT YOU BRING:

·        Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or similar

·        Experience in quality management or process improvement (min. 2 years)

·        Background in a production or industrial environment

·        Strong analytical mindset and hands-on approach

·        Knowledge of quality tools (FMEA, control charts, etc.)

·        Familiarity with Lean / Six Sigma

·        SAP knowledge is a plus

·        Strong communication skills and team spirit

·        Fluent in English; German is an advantage
