Are you a data enthusiast looking for a new challenge? Join our team at Nexoya and help us revolutionize our marketing analytics processes. We are seeking dedicated individuals to take one or all of the following roles:

1. Attribution Calibration Analyst:

  • Challenge: Our current process for aligning view-through conversions with actual sales data involves several manual steps that need to be automated.
  • Task: Utilize open-source Marketing Mix Models (MMM) to automate our attribution calibration process. Ensure accuracy in our data alignment.
  • Goal: Achieve precise data alignment to improve our marketing insights.

2. Value Demonstration Analyst:

  • Challenge: Proving Nexoya’s value with A/B testing poses significant difficulties.
  • Task: Implement synthetic control methods to simulate A/B tests without a control group. Use analytical skills to create counterfactuals and demonstrate the effectiveness of Nexoya’s marketing solutions.
  • Goal: Convincingly demonstrate Nexoya’s ROI to our clients.

3. Model Maintenance Specialist:

  • Challenge: Transitioning from static models to a dynamic, continuously updated system.
  • Task: Develop strategies to maintain and update our models on a daily basis. Address coding, architectural, and modeling challenges to ensure the models remain current and effective.
  • Goal: Create a seamless model updating process to enhance the accuracy and longevity of our marketing models.
