On behalf of one of our esteemed customers, a company belonging to a multinational group leader in the FMCG sector, we select for the headquarters in Küssnacht, Schwyz (with various trips to Ticino/Austria). 

We are looking for a Strategic and Operational Human Resources Leader who will deal with all HR matters across Switzerland

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Conducts direct and indirect reports to drive the implementation of HR strategy and practices
  • Personalizes the HR strategy to meet key Swiss market conditions, act on analytical insights
  • Partner with business leaders to evolve and embed an organizational culture that engages the greater organization
  • Engage and influence senior business leaders and provides strategic advice on people issues and HR needs
  • Leads and / or advises the business through management transformation / change management initiatives, including organization design, evolution and development
  • Advises management on all matters regarding employee and industrial relations
  • Overall responsibility for the local HR department, including Compensation and Benefits (incl. Payroll), HR administration, Talent Management (incl. Recruiting) and HR Business Partnering with the Group
  • Main contact person with Authorities, Agencies and other external parties regarding HR matters as appropriate and required, including negotiations with suppliers in close cooperation with procurement
  • Conducts employee counselling, identifies the social climate, makes the necessary proposals and acts
  • Prepare budgets through evolution estimation, benefit fringe calculations, wage and salary costs in Switzerland for each location
  • Develop departmental budgets for the departments HR, Plant, Canteen, Administrative Offices and control costs against budget
  • Leads equity, diversity and inclusion strategies for Swiss and Austria locations and contributes to the Group's broader global initiatives
  • Leads overall talent and L&D strategies for Swiss / Austria teams and contributes to the Group's broader global initiatives

Ihr Profil 

  • Degree preferably in HR (BA or Master) or Swiss Specialist degree, e.g., Head of HR (Personalleiter / in mit eidg. FA)
  • 10+ years preferably 5 years in a Food industry environment
  • Deep generalist and HRBP experience with exposure to all key functions within the discipline
  • Able to build collaborative relationships at all levels, from from the production site to the C-suite
  • Deep experience and knowledge of Swiss labor law and the Swiss employment landscape - able to build proactive and pragmatic solutions within the legal framework
  • Proven leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor others at all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated level of strong commercial acumen, operational skills and strategic mindset
  • Experience in project management, organizational development and change management
  • Ability to use data analytics in generating insights and presenting findings back to business as well as tracking HR KPI's
  • Hands on mentality, trustworthy, very proactive, and self-motivated team player
  • Fluent German, Italian and English (C2)
