This Business Analyst position will focus on enhancing the existing Pricing solutions of LHG and participate in the roadmap to a new Offer Creation solutions landscape. You will work in close collaboration with the IT departments and various Business units throughout the organization.

  • Participate in large and complex Business and IT projects
  • Establish data driven decisions within the organization concerning product & system development based on Commercial Offer strategic goals
  • Contribute to LHG future offer creation roadmap
  • Requirement management including clarification, prioritization and definition towards external suppliers
  • Drive risk management for the respective applications
  • Carry out system administration, testing and support incl. creation of global test concepts and trainings
  • Manage a large number of interfaces with a clear focus on reaching the group optimum
  • Constantly develop current knowledge and actively seek to understand new advances on the horizon

  • University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, IT or equivalent through experience
  • Experience in requirements engineering
  • Proven IT literacy (especially MS Office. Knowledge of SQL, UNIX, R, Python… is an asset)
  • Good knowledge of airline industry, especially Revenue Management and Pricing is a great asset
  • Project management skills are an asset
  • Excellent analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven entrepreneurial mind-set and hands-on attitude
  • Strong conceptual capabilities
  • Strong interpersonal & intercultural, presentation and communication skills
  • Highly motivated team player
  • Self-organized work attitude and excellent time-management skills
  • Fluent (written & spoken) in English; German is an asset
