Description and Requirements

The key accountabilities and responsibilities will support the LGFS’s (Lenovo Global Financial Services) strategic framework focusing on Process, Measurement, People and Culture.

  • Aligning to the SSG Business Process Hierarchy, support the identification of Level 2 to 4 key processes and document across appropriate LGFS functions
  • Using Business Optix support the development and roll out of the Business Process Management System.
  • Maintain the Business Process Management system identifying: Process Support Documentation, Process Monitoring Elements, Response Plans and key owners.
  • Develop Key Process Monitoring Dashboards and use to identify LGFS Process Capability, advising areas for potential improvement.
  • Provide BPH, Business Optix and BPMS Awareness training to key stakeholders and users to support the execution and adoption of the tools.
  • Develop and maintain a Key Initiatives reporting suite including LGFS development and improvement projects.
  • Provide regular Process Capability status and key initiative updates to stakeholders.
  • Support Deal Assessments, escalating misalignment with processes.
  • Support facilitation of system upgrades.
  • Using CI methodologies conduct Kaizen/Kaizen Light workshops to understand Root Causes and propose solutions.
  • Maintain alignment with all Lenovo and SSG core elements and strategies.
