ONSRA, a leading producer and distributor of electric skateboards sold worldwide, is seeking a versatile Social Media and In-Store Customer Engagement Intern to join our team.

About Us:

At ONSRA, we're not just about selling electric skateboards; we're about fostering a global community of riders who share our love for innovation and adventure. With four distinct websites, warehouses worldwide, and a new store opening soon in Lucerne, we're expanding our reach and bringing the excitement of electric skateboarding to enthusiasts everywhere.

Your Role:

As a Social Media and In-Store Customer Engagement Intern at ONSRA, you'll wear multiple hats and play a crucial role in both our online presence and our physical store. Your responsibilities will include:

Social Media:

  • Creating engaging content in English for our social media channels to showcase our electric skateboards and build our online community.
  • Managing and scheduling posts across platforms like YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok.
  • Monitoring social media trends and engaging with our audience to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Newsletter Marketing 
  • Website improvement

In-Store Customer Engagement:

  • Assisting customers in our Lucerne store, providing product information, answering questions, and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Participating in store setup and maintenance, ensuring a welcoming and organized environment for shoppers.

What We're Looking For:

We're seeking a proactive and adaptable individual who is passionate about electric skateboarding and enjoys both online and in-person interactions. The ideal candidate will:

  • Have excellent communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
  • Be tech-savvy with a strong understanding of social media platforms and content creation.
  • Be comfortable engaging with customers in a retail setting and providing exceptional service.
  • Have a genuine enthusiasm for our products and a desire to share the excitement with others.
